Here are five skincare products that I've tried (and loved!), lately:
Agent Nateur No.3 Deodorant – I've been using this deodorant for a couple weeks now, and so far, I like it. It’s very creamy and moisturizing (coconut oil, raw honey, beeswax), it smells lovely (eucalyptus and lavender) and it feels good on my armpits — no irritation at all. Also, there's just something so aesthetically pleasing about the packaging. I sit it out on my counter top. It's that pretty. Who knew deodorant could be so chic and glam?
Josh Rosebrook Hydrating Accelerator – This toner is a cult favourite and for good reason. Josh blends gorgeous skin loving ingredients, like green tea, coconut oil, aloe water, neem, vitamins A, C, E and B2, and tops it off with the intoxicating scents of vanilla bean and ylang ylang. It smells like a DREAM. While I can’t stop spraying and sniffing this product, the formula also does not disappoint. I use it before my serum to help it seep in, and also throughout the day to moisturize my skin and give it a boost (the mist is so fine it doesn't disturb makeup — huge bonus). I seriously look for reasons to spray this on!
Leahlani Mermaid Mask – Besides being an actual SUPERFOOD for your skin, how fun is it to sit for 30 minutes with a green face? This beautiful blue-green mixture combines moisturizing Hawaiian raw honey with spirulina, chlorella, and sea buckthorn – for regenerative and cell renewal – and luminess algae extract to improve vitality and restore youthful glow. This was the product I was most excited to try by Leahlani Skincare and I can now say it’s quite possibly my favourite face mask of all time. You just have to try it for yourself.
Mahalo Rare Indigo Balm – The Rare Indigo Balm is just as wonderful as everyone says; it's full of exceptionally healing ingredients and has the most intoxicating soothing floral scent. Not to mention the quite obvious, beautiful lilac colour coming from the indigo and the chamazulene-rich actives. Aside from the packaging and actual product being super stunning the results were even better. Lately my skin has been super dry, I'm talking scratch my forehead and watch flakes come off kinda dry (cute, right?) and this balm was exactly what my skin needed. It completely soothed the dryness and any itching that came along with it. Needless to say my skin has been loving it!
Indigena Aurora Boreal Serum – I've been waiting to review this product ever since I first applied it. It has truly transformed my skin's softness and tone in a matter of days. I have been trying to moisturize my skin to get rid of certain dry patches and this serum did that overnight! It also layers beautifully with other products and smells incredible. I’ve noticed that my skin hasn’t been breaking out much since I started using it. Not only that but somehow it takes down any redness I might be experiencing (I assume it’s the blue tansy oil in it). This has quickly become my go-to as a bit of a jack-of-all trades face serum. DEAL: Take 15% off any indigenaskincare.com purchase with code KimmyP15
